DELEON, M.B.M : PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY :BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP Choy's Food House and Choy's Diesel Station were located at Purok 3 Sapang Maisac Mexico, Pampanga. The operating hours were Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The business was named "Choy's Foodhouse and Choy's Diesel Station" with the tagline "Snacks for everyone". The business offered Filipino classic street foods called fish ball, kikiam, siomai, kwek-kwek, squid ball, and diesel. The prices of the products ranged from Php 5.00 to Php 68.00. The price of products depended on the cost of production. The problems encountered are: (1) in terms of management, the entrepreneur was not able to manage the business properly; (2) rising prices of raw materials led to lower profits; (3) inability to operate on certain days due to adverse weather conditions; (4) too many customers causing it to be unable to entertain other customers; and (5) improper inventory recording. To solve them, the entrepreneur made the following solutions: (1) scheduling products to offer every day; (2) monitoring suppliers who sell raw materials for cheaper prices but with the same quality; (3) operating on weekends to recover from non-operating days; (4) proper selling is talking to several customers who are waiting their turn; and (5) recording inventory daily to avoid unnecessary problems.
