500 _aAbstraet This study aimed to produce a mobile application that can be used as instructional material in teaching Exercise-Based Fitness Activities (PATHFit 2) and also include evaluated mobile application content. Developmental research addressed the objective of the study, specifically content evaluated by Physical Education (PE) Teachers. More so, the technological part was evaluated by Information Technology (IT) Experts. These evaluators evaluated the mobile application to ensure it is valuable and effective for students. The mobile application underwent intensive evaluations, The physical education Teachers answered the Evaluation Rating Sheet for DE and ODel questionnaire in terms of content, design, format, and pedagogy to evaluate the content of the proposed mobile application. Moreover, another set of Evaluation sheets for ISO 25010 Software Quality Standards in terms of Performance efficiency, Usability, Maintainability, Portability, Reliability, Compatibility, Functionality , and Security, was done by IT experts to ensure that the mobile application is valid to meet the specific goal technical/technological quality. Results demonstrated that experts and IT experts evaluated the technology-based mobile application, and their comments and suggestions were integrated and incorporated to meet the experts' criteria. Finally, it is concluded that the proposed mobile application is a valuable teaching tool for PATHFit 2. Keywords: Physical Activity, Mobile Application, PATHFit 2, Development, Evaluation.
