The first location was located at 3069 Mayflower St. Marisol Bliss Barangay Ninoy Aquíno Angeles City, Pampanga and the second location was located at 500 9th St. Marisol Barangay Ninoy Aquino, Angeles City and its operating hours were from Mondays-Fridays between 8:00 am to 6:00pm. The business fim was named "Street Taste" with a taglíne "We Made It, Just Taste It." The Street Taste business offered fish ball, kikiam, chícken ball, kwek- kwek, turon, hotcake, lugaw, spaghetti, siopao, lumpiang gulay, saging saba, siomaí, burger, fries, tokwa, betamax, palamíg. graham and pastillas. The owner's initial investment was PhP 5,000.00. The issues she ran into were (1) was regarding to the location due to misunderstanding with the principal near at the school; (2) increase in the price of raw materials which led to lesser income; (3) inability to manage a lot of customers during peaked hours. To solve these, the entrepreneur made the following solution: (1) took care of all paperwork that were needed to be approved in that place; (2) scouting for other sellers of raw materials at a cheaper price but with the same quality: (3) make a way to accommodate customers so they don't leave.
