PANGILINAN, MBM PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL ADVISER SCHOOL UNIVERSITY DEGREE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS YEAR COMPLETED : JUNE 2023 The study was conducted at KYSY Dressed Chicken Trading, located in San Nicolas II, Magalang, Pampanga. The study provides information concerning management practices in terms of organization, investments, production, marketing, and finance. For aspiring future entrepreneurs, especially in "Dressed Chicken," this study provides information that might be needed in putting up the business. For future researchers, this will serve as reference material for those who want to undertake similar studies. Primary data were gathered through a series of personal interviews with the farm owner, farm manager, supervisors, and farm workers of KYSY Dressed Chicken Trading, who also contributed to gathering the information needed. The data gathered were from areas of (1) organization, which consists of an organizational chart, duties and responsibilities, and human resource management; (2) investment, which consists of the investment activities; (3) production, which consists of area and location and cultural management or production flow chart; (4) marketing, which is the 7 C's of marketing; and (5) finance, which consists of an income statement and balance sheet. Secondary data were gathered from current data available and reading material on the internet and in libraries. The firm is a sole proprietorship type of business registered under the name "KYSY Dressed Chicken Trading," which is derived from the nickname of the owner, Mrs. Kristine Yllana S. Yumul - Miranda. Identification and problem analysis were done regarding the organization and production of the firm. The following are the problems encountered by the firm: (1) in organization, Limited number of workers; (2) in organization, Employees' unmonitored working hours; and (3) in organization, Lack of Maintenance for their Delivery Motor: Alternative courses of action are formulated and evaluated to determine a possible solution to recommend for the problem given. Based on evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the operation and production of KYSY Dressed Chicken Trading: for the first identified problem in organization, the firm should hire more laborers, and for the second identified problem, the owner should monitor the workers. for the first identified problem in production, the firm should follow the suggested cultural management practices of KYSY Dressed Chicken Trading; and for the third identified problem, the firm should give a lesson to the workers.
