PINGOL, Ph.D. PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY DEGREE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS YEAR COMPLETED JUNE 2023 The study was conducted at JLP Integrated Farming located at Barangay Pansinao, Candaba, Pampanga. The study provides information concerning the management practices in terms of organization, investments, production, marketing, and finance. For aspiring future entrepreneurs especially in "Integrated Farming", this study provides information that might be needed in putting up the business. For future researchers, this will serve as a reference material to those who want to undertake similar studies. Primary and secondary data were used in this study. The primary data were gathered to the means of' personal interview of the owner of JLP Integrated Farming. To be specific, the information was been gathered be the areas of (1) Organization, that consists of organizational charts and their duties and responsibilities, the staffing, the working hours, the wages and salaries, and the compensation and benefits; (2) Investment, which consists of initial or starting capital and its utilization; (3) Production, which consists the production, the volume and cost of service inputs and technology; (4) Marketing, which consists of 7c's; and (5) Finance, which consists of income statement and statement of financial position. Secondary data were gathered from the data available on the internet, books, or other reading materials at PSAU Library. The farm is sole proprietorship type of business registered from under the name JLP Integrated Farming which is derived from the name of the owner Mr. Jose L. Paguinto. Identification and problem analysis were done regarding the organization and production of the farm. The following are the problem encountered by the farn (1) in organization, (a) lack of staff and (b) laborers do not stick to their work schedule. (2) In production, (a) the allotted land was used to grow vegetables and poultry was not used properly in production. Alternative courses of action are formulated and evaluated to determine a possible solution to recommend for the problem given. Based on evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the operation and production of JLP Integrated Farming; for organization first identified problem, the firm should hire bookkeeper and for the second identified problem, the owner must provide additional benefits to its employees who will come early in the farm; for production first identified problem, the land could be used to grow rice.
