AGUILAR, MBM PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY DEGREE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS YEAR COMPLETED JUNE 2023 The general purpose of the study was to give insights on the management operation of Rivera Agro Industrial Corporation located at Barangay San Rafael, Bamban, Tarlac. The study provídes informatíon concerníng the management operation in terms of organization, ínvestments, production, marketing, and finance. For aspiring future entrepreneurs especially in "Pig Farmíng and Contract Grower" this study provides ínformatíon that might be needed in puting up the business. For future researchers, this will serve as a reference material to those who want to undertake símilar studies. Primary and secondary data were used in thís study. The primary data were gathered to the means of personal interview of the farm manager of Rivera Agro Industrial Corporation. To be specific, the information was been gathered be the areas of (1) Organization, that consists of organizational charts and their duties and responsibilities, the staffing, the working hours, the wages and salaries, and the compensation and benefits; (2) Investment, which consists of initial or startíng capital and its utilization; (3) Production, which consists the production, the volume and cost of service inputs and technology: (4) Marketing, which consists of 7c's; and (5) Finance, which consists of income statement and statement of financial position. Secondary data were gathered from the data available on the internet, books, or other reading materials at PSAU Library. The farm is sole proprietorship type, and it is a contract grower under Charoen Pokphand Foods Philippines Corporation, and the name of the farm is Rivera Agro Industrial Corporation, and the type of business is weaned to finish. And the owner's name is Mr. Noel Rivera. Identification and problem analysis were done regarding the organization and production of the farm. The following are the problem encountered by the farm (1) in organization, (a) lack of workers like bookkeeper (2) In production, (a) no mandatory benefits (b) One of the machineries. Alternative courses of action are formulated and evaluated to determine a possible solution to recommend for the problem given. Based on evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the operation and production of Rivera Agro Industrial Corporation; for organization first identified problem, the firm should hire bookkeeper and for the second identified problem, the owner must provide additional benefits to its employees.
