PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL : : : UNIVERSITY DEGREE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP YEAR COMPLETED : JUNE 2023 AHAB Kakanin was located beside the new renovated park at Brgy. Madapdap, Mabalacat City, Pampanga, and its operating days were from Tuesday to Saturday between 6:00 am to 11:00 am. The business firm was named "AHAB Kakakanin" with the tagline Taste, Believe, and Be Satisfied". The AHAB Kakanin offered Maja Blanca, Pichi-Pichi, Suman Kamoteng Kahoy and Suman Bulagta. Maja Blanca and Pichi- Pichi were sold in styros and bilaos. While the Suman Kamoteng Kahoy and Suman Bulagta were available for P10 pesos each. The initial investment of the owner's was P28,480.00. Part of capitalization came from the owner savings. The problems that the business encountered are the following: (1) The entrepreneur faced minimal difficulty in managing the process in the whole operation for the production of the product. There was moment that the entrepreneur would forget some of the materials and ingredients needed which afected the taste of the products; (2) Inflation was one of the biggest problems encountered by business. It results to high cost of product but not in the increase of its selling price:; and (3) The business produced four types of products and these had different preparation processes. The entrepreneur had to take over-time and got less time to rest. Here are the following solutions the entrepreneur has undertaken: (1) The entrepreneur listed all the things that he needed for the whole production process and before he began to operate, he checked all things first; (2) He looked for an alternative product or brand of the ingredients needed of the business with a lower price compared to the original brand used by the business; and (3) The entrepreneur adjusted the time of operation and managed it by being more flexible in the production process.
