MATURITY USING VARIOUS FORMS AND LEVELS OF PROBIOTICS., Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, major in Animal Science. Pampanga State Agricultural University, Magalang, Pampanga. Adviser: ARRIZ L. CABIGTING, M'S.A. The study was conducted to determine the effects of probiotic supplementation in various forms and levels to fully-matured quails in terms of enhancing their laying performance. One hundred sixty heads of fully matured quails (eight months) were used in the study with two-factor-factorial experiment in Complete Randomized Design (CRD). Factor A was the form of probiotics while factor B was the level of supplementation. The supplementation of probiotics did not significantly influence the egg production, feed and water consumption, and feed conversion efficiency. There was also no significant interaction found between the forms and levels of probiotics when. | |
