505 0 _aThe study was conducted at M.M Anupol poultry farm located at Brgy. San R. isidro, Nueva Ecija during the School Year 2021-2022. Primary data and information were bat red through a series of personal Interviews with the owners of M.M Anupol farm and other Ployees as well. Specifically, the primary data gathered are in the area of: (1) Organization, which consists of the firm's organizational chart, duties and responsibilities, and human resource management; (2) Production, which consists of the area and location, inputs used, production technology, volume of the production, process and schedule of production; (3) Investment which consists of initial capital and its utilization ; (4) Marketing which consists of the 7C's of marketing and; (5) Finance, which consists of income statement, balance sheets and financial ratios. Secondary data were gathered from current data available on the internet or from their website. The firm is a sole proprietorship type of business registered under the name M.M. Anupol Poultry Farm owned by Mr. Amelito Anupol. Identification and problem analysis was done regarding the organization, production, marketing, and financial aspect of the firm. The following are the problems encountered by the firm; (1) in the operation the firm lack of veterinarian; in marketing, the firm lack of promotion activities. Alternative courses of action were formulated for the existing problems of the firm. Based on evaluation, the following are recommended ~ improv . . business' operation: the organization should hire a professional veterinarian. They must hire professional to monitor the chickens because so many viruses and diseases are emerging today and could have a detrimental effect on their business; in marketing, the absence of promotion activities.
