505 0 _aDUALTAG is a trendy clothing and apparel business located in San Antonio, Mexico, Pampanga. It comes from her family name "GATDULA" The tagline was "GRAB THE TAG AND MAKE IT YOURS". It represents knowing yourself and your style. The entrepreneur's goal is to create a high-end fashion label that focuses on making quality women's clothing that is both affordable and competitive in the market. The key focus will be to design and sell ready-to-wear women's clothing that is versatile enough to be wom to work or other activities such as parties while still looking presentable and relaxed. This report also contains the commodities of the business, its features, cost, and the cost per unit of each product. This entrepreneurial report consists of the marketing aspects, which include the consumers, channels of distribution, the circumstances, and the communication that they used during the implementation of the business. The author allowed them to show the income statement for each month, the next income that they had, and the cash flow statement that reflected the daily transactions of business. Also, the balance sheet and the comparison of horizontal and vertical analysis of each month were presented in this manuscript. After the financial aspects, she listed the problems that she encountered in her business. (1) There is no performance monitoring. (2) dealing with an overabundance of competitors in the same field. This is only one of the many issues that small businesses face. (3) Production delays occur when the entrepreneur doesn't receive the raw materials on time, Sometimes they are delayed too much and are only received with extreme urgency and very low quality. Service issues might cause problems with the procedure, such as receiving an incorrect estimate, the pickup not happening as intended, or the delivery being sent to the wrong address. Frequent issues can lead to several problems throughout our business and tarnish our reputation. (4) Inadequate documentation. Recommendations and lessons learned by the entrepreneur for the next batch of trainees were also mentioned in the manuscript.
