505 0 _aThe study was conducted at Seankim Game Farm located at Sitio Mabalacat City Pampanga. The study provides information concerning the management operation in terms of investments, organization, production/operation, marketing and finance. For aspiring future entrepreneurs especially in "breeding" this study provides information that might be needed in putting up the business. For future researchers, this will serve as a reference material to those who want to undertake similar studies im this line. Primary data were gathered through a series of personal interviews with the owner and other staff of Seankim Game farm who also contributed in collecting the files and in gathering the information needed. The data gathered were from the areas of: (1) Investments, consists of initial capital and its utilization; (2) Organization, consists of the organizational chart, duties and responsibilities, and human resource management; (3) Operation, consists of area and location, inputs used in operation process, and volume of production; and, (4) Marketing, which consisted of the 7 C's of marketing; and, (5) Finance, consists of income statements, balance sheets, and financial ratios. Secondary data were gathered from current data available and other reading materials. The firm is a sole proprietorship type of business registered under the name Seankim Game Farm owned by Mr. Seankim G. Basa, Identification and problem analysis was done regarding the organization, production, marketing, and financial aspect of the farm. The following are the problems encountered by the firm: (1) in the operation, the farm lacks maintenance of their trucks; (2) in marketing, the farm lacks of advertisement and promotion; and (3) in production, the farm no plant layout. Alternative courses of action were formulated for the existing problems of the farm. Based on evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the business operation of Seankim Game farm: for the operation, lack of skilled man. power; the farm recommended increase the salary and also start providing benefits such as SSS, Philheaith, and the Pag ibig. Upon compliance, interested applicants will come voluntarily due to the benefits and good management of the farm.
