Cobb broilers were the strain used in the student training. Integra Broiler Feeds were used to feed the broilers. Electrogen and Vetracin gold were used as medication to the birds. The birds were sold at the age of 39 days with an average weight of 1.45 kilogram. Small scale viajeros bought the birds at P100.00 per kilogram live weight.
