505 0 _aThis study aimed to develop and validate an electronic learning (e-learning) module in English for asynchronous online distance education using the Google Classroom. The study employed Research and Design method. The module's content is based on the K to 12 curriculum in English 8. The study reported that the e-learning module underwent planning, developing, checking of grammar and editing stages. In the validation, the subject matter and Information and Technology experts used the evaluation rating sheet for DE/ODeL modules provided by Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU). The three subject matter experts agreed that the module met all the standards for content, design/format and pedagogic aspects of a DE/ODeL module. For the technical/technological aspect, the three IT experts agreed that the module met the standards indicated requirements for a quality DE/ODeL module. Notably, the three subject matter experts evaluated the essential topics and contents of the module using the evaluation instrument provided by PSAU. Based on the evaluation, the 52 topics in the module obtained a Content Validity Ratio of one; therefore the topics were retained. In summary, the e-learning module in English 8 which contains 52 essential topics met all the parameters indicated in the validation tool for DE/ODeL module.
