505 0 _aThe farm practice was conducted at Acejo Farm located in San Francisco Magalang, Pampanga. During the training, the student trainee learned the different management practices such as medication, castration, vaccination and heat detection. He also observed areas in the farm which needs improvement such as lack of bio security which could cause disease outbreak to the farm, lack of ventilation which could cause heat stroke to the fatteners; damage pens which could cause injury to pigs and piglet, minimum numbers of laborers which could cause less monitoring to the pigs and piglets; and, lack of sanitation which could cause diseases to the pigs.
