The farm practice was conducted at Kaysaya Farm Corporation in Barangay Cawayan, Mexico, Pampanga from April 16 to June 2, 2018.The farm practice gave an experience and opportunity to learn a lot of different works inside the farm such as heat detection, semen collection, semen processing, artificial insemination, assistance during farrowing, tooth clipping, tail docking, castration, ear tattooing, ear notching, and medication of the animals. Farm practice gave knowledge on managing a farm that the trainee can apply in his/her future work. The number of facilities, sizes of the pens, and the feeding program were applied in the farm. Bio security and vaccination program is indeed important in the farm. The farm reproductive parameters gave the trainee the things to do in dealing with various situations as well as gaining insights and experiences on the things needed to improve and worked on. Also, having enough equipment and tools are of great importance in farm production. However, there were some problems encountered such as the following: (a) the mortality is going higher; and (b) other health problems.
