GONZALES, M.B.M : PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY : BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP :JUNE 2023 MISS V'GGIE SIOMAI FOOD HOUSE is located in 0162 Purok 2, Plazang Luma, Arayat, Pampanga. Its operating hours were from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. The business was named "Miss V'ggie Siomai Food House" with a tag line "Siomai, Super, Sulit". The Miss V'ggie Siomaí Food House offered: Beef Siomai, Pork Siomai, Chicken Siomai also different flavors of drinks and RC Perfume. It also offered a free delivery around Plazang Luma, Arayat, Pampanga. The product prices depend upon the production cost. P 15,000.00 was the total capital of the store. The problems encountered were: (1) time management was probably the most difficult issue that the entrepreneur encountered, (2) the location of the business was one of the issues that it stumbled into. There were numerous shops that offered the same products as well, (3) the business faced some problems in production such as lack of supply of raw materials which cause to the delays of operation, (4) she was also concerned because she had fallen short of 400 targets in the first month of implementation, also some of the inventories and expenses are not properly recorded on the ledger, and (5) garbage consumption was one of the company's problems. There was no compost heap nearby, so they had no idea where to burn all of the trash that customers and the business occasionally threw out. The solutions to the problems were: (1) in response to the time management problem, the entrepreneur created a list of her daily schedules to balance her time in all her works, (2) the owner decided to re-open the store in the barangay where she resides so that the customer's time and effort will be served, it also offer cheap prices compare to her competitors, (3) the entrepreneur finds another supplier of raw materials to continue the operation of the business, (4) the entrepreneur add more products to get the target net income, also she always write all the expenses of the business every day in her ledger so that she always see if she make profit, and (5) in order to solve the issue, the business owner built a compost pit where she can burn her waste every day in addition to placing a garbage bag and a trash can close to her stall.
