The study was conducted to evaluate the management practices of Grea Nicole Furniture located at San. Agustin, Arayat, Pampanga. Primary data were gathered through a series of personal interviews with the owner and other staff of Grea Nicole Furniture who also contributed in compiling the data or information needed for the study. Specifically, the data that were gathered are in the area of: (1) Organization, which consists of the firm's organization chart, duties and responsibilities, and human resources management; (2) Production, which consists of the area and location, imput used, production technology, volume of production, process and schedule of production; (3) Investment, which consists of initial capital and its utilization; (4) Marketing, which consist of the 7C's of marketing; and (5) Finance, Which consist of income statement, balance sheet, and financial ratios. The firm is sole proprietorship type of the business registered under the name Grea Nicole Furniture, owned and manage by Mr. Ismael M. Magat. Identification and problem analysis were done regarding the organization, production, marketing and financial aspects of the firm. The following were the problems encountered by the firm: in the organization, the firm owner who acts as the manager of the firm had too much work such as bookkeeping, accommodating and receiving calls from clients, and sometimes he does the cutting. and in production. the workers do not have proper uniform. Most of the time, workers do not wear facemasks during operation. Sawdust and other particles in the working area can cause asthma and other health complications for the workers. Alternative courses of action were formulated for the existing problem of the firm. Based on the evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the business operation of the firm: for the organization, the owner's wife may serve as a secretary. In this case, the owner is spared from having to employ a secretary and from having to pay someone to fill this position. Meanwhile for production, Additionally for the production, the firm should provide safety gears for their workers. Providing safety materials can help to avoid accidents so as to ensure the occupational health and safety of the workers.
