The study, titled "Vehicle Monitoring with Ticketing System for PSAU," was presented to the Department of Computer Studies and Automation and College of Engineering and Computer Studies. (CoECS). The researchers conducted the study at the Security Department of Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU). They developed a monitoring system with the objective of improving the safety and security of each vehicle that erters the campus. Additionally, the study aims to assist the department in efficiently managing and monitoring incoming and departing vehicles. The researchers used the descriptive method for the research design methodology of the study. Data was gathered through interviews, internet research, and surveys. The system was also designed using analytical tools such as the System Flow Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, and Entty Relationship Diagram. The system was developed by the researchers using PHP, the Laravel Framework, Bootstrap, MySQL, and other applications and technologies. According to the results of a study, the overall grand mean of the study result was 3.64, signifying that the respondents strongly agreed that the developed system is beneficial, functional, useful, user-friendly, and convenient. The system's validation by three IT experts yielded a grand mean of 3.54, confirming the system's efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability.
