PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY DEGREE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN : AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS YEAR COMPLETED JUNE 2023 The study was conducted at VM Grande Chicken and Grains Trading located at Sta. Cruz Guanzon Magalang, Pampanga. The study provides information concerning the management practices in terms of organization, investments, production, marketing, and finance. For aspiring future entrepreneurs especially in "Dressing Chicken" this study provides information that might be needed in putting up the business. For future researchers, this will serve as a reference material to those who want to undertake similar studies. Primary and secondary data were used in this study. The primary data were gathered to the means of personal interview of the owner of VM Grande Chicken and Grains Trading. To be specific, the information was been gathered be the areas of (1) Organization, that consists of organizational charts and their duties and responsibilities, the staffing, the working hours, the wages and salaries, and the compensation and benefits; (2) Investment, which consists of initial or starting capital and its utilization; (3) Production, which consists the production, the volume and cost of service inputs and technology; (4) Marketing, which consists of 7c's; and (5) Finance, which consists of income statement and statement of financial position. Secondary data were gathered from the data available on the intermet, books, or other reading materials at PSAU Library. The farm is sole proprietorship type of business registered from under the name VM Grande Chicken and Grains Trading which is derived from the name of the owner Mr. Marvin D Miranda. Identification and problem analysis were done regarding the organization and production of the farm. The following are the problem encountered by the Firm (1) in organization, (a) absences of employee surveillance. (2) In Marketing, (a) late delivery. Alternative courses of action are formulated and evaluated to determine a possible solution to recommend for the problem given. Based on evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the operation and production of VM Grande Chicken and Grains Trading; for organization first identified problem, For the management, to monitor each employee's movement, CCTV must be installed in numerous locations across the business and for the second identified problem, So, it is important to adjust their time management so that any issues that may arise during delivery may be resolved right away.
