Due to the serious need for modules and most of the students prepared learning materials that engage through technology, the study aimed to develop and validate instructional videos in Physical Education 10 using descriptive and developmental research design. The respondents of the study were the grade ten MAPEH teachers in cluster 1 who have been teaching the subject for at least 3 years and above for the essential and nonessential topics. The evaluation of the instructional material was validated by the master teacher and head-teacher who are teaching and handling MAPEH subjects from the Division of Pampanga cluster 1 which consists of twelve (12) schools. Instructional videos were designed based on the standard competencies mandated by the Department of Education. The researcher used the Evaluation rating sheet for Digital Education (DE) and Online Digital e-Learning (ODeL) Modules prepared from the Pampanga State Agricultural University College of Education (2020) to gather the data from the Respondents and, to validate the material anchored on three factors: content, design, and, pedagogy.
