This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the nutritional supplement program on the health fitness components of the respondents. The research used true experimental research and adapt-modify approach in constructing the nutritional supplement program. Thus, the program was validated by three licensed nutritionists to evaluate the reliability and effectiveness of the nutritional supplement program. There were 30 learner participants who were assessed in terms of their Body Mass Index (BMI) and health related fitness. Accordingly, BMI assessment involved the determination of the participants' status for height-for-age, weight-for-age and body mass index-for-age to draw significant difference towards stunting, underweight and thinness to indicate nutritional status. Statistically, the independent t-test was used by the researcher for comparative analysis where it was reported that 11 out of 15 participants have improved and increased their body mass index and health-related fitness. With this, the teachers, school head administrators, parents, and the experts recommended the nutritional supplement program and meal plan to be used again. Keywords: nutritional status, undernutrition, health-related fitness, supplement.
