The farm practice was conducted at Acejo Farm located in San Francisoo Magalang, Pampanga. During the training, the student trainee learned the different management practices such as castration, medication, heat detection, vaccination. He also observed areas in the farm which needs improvement such as the lack of bio-security which can cause diseases outbreak to the farm, damage pens which cause injury to pigs and piglet, lack of ventilation which can cause heat stroke t thato the fatteners, lack of sanitation which caused diseases to the pigs and lack of laborers monitors the piglets. Farm records revealed that the litter index and stillbirth are "good", while litter size and mortality are graded "poor".
