ARSTRACT TTLE PRODUCTION AND PROFITABILITY OF SVALL HOLD DAIRY FARMERS IN MAGALANG, PAMPANGA AUTHOR ADVISER SCHOOL DARLENE GALLARDO PARAS JULIE L AGUILAR, MBM PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURALUNIVERSITY DEGREE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN AGRICULTURAL ECONOMICS YEAR COMPLETED JUNE 2023 This study was conducted to undertake the production of dairy carabao milk in Magalang. Pampanga Specifically, the study was conducted to trace the socio-economie profile of the respondents; establish general information on the production of dairy carabao milk. identify the cultural and management practices of dairy carabao raisers; determine and analyze the factors which afect carabao's milk production; identify and analyze the factors which affect dairy carabao raisers; and estimate the cost and return of the dairy carabao production and to provide the alternative solution to the problem encountered. To reach the numerous objectives defined by the study, primary and secondary data were acquired. Primary data were acquired via personal interviews utilizing a pre-tested survevy questionnaire with the dairy carabao raisers while the secondary data were gathered through diferent reading materials such as encyclopedia, books, thesis, PSAU library, and also infomation from the internet. Data was analyzed using frequency and percentage analysis.A survey of 22 dairy carabao raisers was done. Age, educational level, civil status, source of income, and family size were used to categorize the dairy carabao raisers. The study's findings revealed that the majority of respondents were married and educated up to the elementary level. 11 respondents, or 50 percent of those surveyed, said they had been raising dairy carabao for six to 10 years.
