"Online Guidance Counseling with Video Conferencing for Anastacio G. Yumul High School". Adviser: Erl Xander Labung The purpose of this research was to create an online guidance counseling system with video conferencing for Anastacio G. Yumul High School. The major goal was to designa system that allows students to register for and participate in video conferences with their guidance counselors, while also expediting the scheduling process by automatically incorporating Zoom meeting details. Guidance counselors, students, and IT professionals who would profit from the system's adoption worked together on the project. To gather relevant information for the study, data collection methods such as interviews, online searches, and survey questionnaires were used. The researchers used the Rapid Application Development approach, which is known for its short development cycles, which allowed them to swiftly change and adapt the system to match the high school's specific requirements. The Laravel PHP framework, as well as HTML, Javascript, and CSS for web development, were used in the system's design and development. Level 0 diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and System Flowcharts were utilized to determine the general design and flow of the system. A questionnaire was used to assess user acCceptability of the system, which yielded a grand mean of 5.64. This meant that most respondents agreed that the system met its objectives. Overal, this project was effective in developing an online guidance counseling system with video conferencing capabilities adapted to the specific needs of Anastacio G. Yumul High School. The useful features and strong user acceptance show that it can improve the counseling experience for both students and guidance counselors.
