ABSTRACT TITLE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES OV INEINITE AUTHOR ADVISER SCHOOL WELL WATER STATION ERIKA ANNE MANTIBE PALMA MAY S, DAVID, MPS PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY DEGREE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS YEAR COMPLETED JUNE 2023 The study was conducted to evaluate the management practices of Infinite Well Water Station located at Saint Vincent Street, Barangay Sapalibutad, Angeles City. Specifically, it sought to trace the historical background of the firm and management activities in terms oforganizat ion, investment, operation, marketing, and financial aspects; identity and analyze the problems encountered; give possible solutions and offer recommendations to the existing problems. Primary data and information were gathered through a series of personal interviews with the owner of Infinite Well Water Station which provided the files and information needed in the Special Problem. The firm is a sole proprietorship owned by Mrs. Cristina Pineda. Financial statements and ratios were done to determine the financial standing of the firm. The result of the analysis showed that the firm is financially stable. ldentification and problem analysis were done regarding the organization, operation, and marketing operations of the firm. The following are the problems encountered by the firm: in the organization, (1) Lack of mandatory benefits, (2) There is no proper hiring process. In production, (3) The workers do not follow their work schedule. In marketing, (4) The firm does not have a marketing strategy. Alternative courses of action were formulated for the existing problems and recommendations were conducted. Based on the evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the business operation of Infinite Well Water Station: (1) the researcher recommends alternative A wherein the firm must provide mandatory benefits such as SSS, Phil Health and Pag-Ibig for the organization issue; (2) the researcher recommends alternative A wherein the firm should adopt proper recruitment process; for the production; (3) the researcher recommends alternative B wherein the owner should reprimand those employees who are not following their time schedule to work; (4) for the marketing, the researcher recommends alternative B where in the firm should create a page that shows process, practices, products and the locat ion of their firm.
