ABSTRACT TITLE :0CAMPOS MINI STORE AUTHOR ADVISER SCHOOL DEGREE YEAR COMPLETED: JULY 2022 An Entrepreneurial Training Report : JESSICA LACAYA OCAMPO :GEENA H. PINGOL Ph. D. : PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY : BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP OCAMPOS MINI STORE is located at Centro, Candating, Arayat, Pampanga. The operation of the business is on daily basis depending on the sales, but it usually opens at 8:00 am and closes at 5:00 pm every Monday to Friday. On Saturday, it opens at 10:00 am and closes at 6:00 pm. The business was named first as Ocamputo't Kutsinta and Millennial O0TD's then it was changed into BPI 2 before being named OCAMPO MINI STORE with a tagline of "TARA NA! SALI NAKA!". The business offers diferent kinds of food product that is essential and affordable to anyone. It offered puto and kutsinta, banana fritters, turon, banana cue, street food, frozen goods, and soft drinks like Coca-Cola, Sprite and Royal. The price of the product depends ott its production cost, but the price usually ranges from Php 5 to Php 60. The initial capital for the business is Php 10,000, but later on, there is an additional investment of Php 15,000; thus, the total investment is Php 25,000. The business also does not have a payable or loan since the initial capital is sponsored by her family. The problem that the business encountered and the solutions made were: (1) on management aspect, the owner did not have a partner or someone to help her in the business activities, so she limited the business production and made herself responsible for all business operations; (2) on financial aspect, the student-entrepreneur also had a problem about doing the inventory properly, so she started a daily financial transaction record; (3) on production aspect, an unexpected change of weather affected the sales of the business, so the owner made sure to announce the quantity for each product she would produce to avoid Jeaving them unsold; and (4) The pandemic resulted in bigher expenses, so the student-entrepreneur looked for a supplier that would provide the same quality for raw materials for a cheaper price. The business gained its target profit and is still operating even afer the target days of business implementation.
