The study was conducted at Kits Farm located at Zone 1, Brgy. San Antonio, Bacolor, Pampanga. The study provides information concerning the management practices in terms of organization, investments, production, marketing, and finance. For aspiring future entrepreneurs especially in "Sugarcane Farming" and "Vermiculture" this study provides information that might be needed in putting up the business. For future researchers, this will serve as a reference material to those who want to undertake similar studies. Primary data were gathered through series of personal interviews with the farm owner, farm manager, supervisors and farm workers of Kits Farm, who also contributed in gathering the information needed. The data gathered were from areas of (1) Organization, consists of organizational chart, duties and responsibilities, and human resource management; (2) Investment, consist of the investment activities; (3) Production, consists of area and location and cultural management or production flow chart; (4) Marketing, which are the 7C's of marketing; and (5) Finance, consists of income statement and balance sheet. Secondary data were gathered from current data available and reading material in internet and library. The firm is sole proprietorship type of business registered from under the name Kits Farm which is derived from the nickname of the owner Mr. Enriquito "Kits" Villanueva. Identification and problem analysis were done regarding the organization and production of the firm. The following are the problem encountered by the firm (1) in organization, lack of office staff; (2) in Organization, unmonitored working hours; (3) in production, low output in sugarcane; and (4) over populated worms in compost site. Alternative courses of action are formulated and evaluated to determine a possible solution to recommend for the problem given. Based on evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the operation and production of Kits Farm; for organization first identified problem, the firm should hire secretary and for the second identified problem, the owner should give rewards to its employees; for production first identified problem, the firm should follow the suggested cultura management practices of Kits Farm and for second identified problem, the firm should transfer the other worms in the bed and diet them.
