ABSTRACT TITLE : E&M FOOD SHOP AUTHOR ADVISER SCHOOL DEGREE An Entrepreneurial Training Report : EUNICE GAGUI MENDOZA : CELESTE G. GATUS, DBA : PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY : BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP YEAR COMPLETED : JULY 2022 This training report of Eunice Gagui Mendoza tackled the experience of being student-entrepreneurs. Her business name was "E&M FOOD SHOP" and it was located at Purok 7 BIk 71 Lot 10 phase 3C Nha telapayong Arayat Pampanga. The main product that she offers are as follows: Regular burger, Siomai, Fries, Juice, Soft drinks, Cheese stick, Kikiam, Fish ball, Ice scramble, Flying saucer, and she added thrifted denim shirts and Premium dresses. She offered products with a selling price which ranged from 10 Php to 20 Php for the food products, and from thrifted denim shorts and dresses is ranging 50 Php to 100 Php. This report also contains its cost and the cost per unit of each product. Specifically, the total gross sales for the whole operation is amounted to 70,277.00 Php while the total cost of sales amounted to 40,495.66 Php. The total expenses were also included and amounted to 3,368.84 Php, and the Total net income for the whole operation was 26,418.50 Php. This entrepreneurial report also consists of the marketing aspects which include the percentage of consumers, the channel of distribution, the circumstances that she encountered and the communication that she used during the implementation of the business. After the marketing aspect the management aspect. In this aspect, the form of organization she had, the capitalization she had invested, and the duties and responsibilities were included. For the financial aspect, the entrepreneur showed the income statement for each month, the net that she had, and the cash flow statement that was in the daily transactions of the business. Also, the balance sheet, and the comparison of horizontal and vertical analysis of each month were all presented in this manuscript. The financial ratio analysis was also included particularly the return on investment, and the break-even point. After the financial aspects, she listed the problems she encountered in her business, and her solutions to the problems were also included. The recommendations of the entrepreneur for the next batch, and the lessons learned were included. Lastly, the biographical data of the owner of "E&M FOOD SHOP and the pictures that show the experience that she had all throughout this training report were included in the last part of this report.
