Macmac, GE, MBM, REA, REB As it is surrounded by large bodies of water, the Philippines is almost at the equator, with hotter weather and frequent rains and storms. Flooding was prevalent and almost daily throughout the year, and it can happen at any time and in any location. The weather changed due to climate change, causing extreme amounts of rainfall and the intense formation of typhoons, which caused damage to establishments and claimed many lives. This study was focused on the Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU), intending to identify and assess flood-prone areas using rainfall data from 2018 to 2022. Hydrology software and a geographic information system were used to identify flood-prone establishments and buildings. Water accumulated for days in the buildings of the College of Engineering and Computer Studies (COECS), Information Technology (|T), Research, and Mulberry Tea Factory, and the establishments on the southern portion of the University's perimeter according to the results of daily interval simulations, but the overall rainfall simulation revealed that most PSAU's academic buildings were becoming increasingly flood-prone as the year progressed due to scattered and abrupt rainfalls. It is recommended for flood-prone buildings and establishments, particularly those near water tributaries, to improve existing drainages, construct drainage systems if feasible, or consider "gabions" acting as barriers where drainage is not possible for the area.
