This training report of Pauleen Mae Villegas Maliwat tackled the experience of being a student/entrepreneur. Her business name was Princess Collection and it was located at Purok 1, #198 San Juan, San Luis Pampanga. The products of PC were ukay ukay clothes like denim pants, denim shorts, men tees, dress, swimsuit, Hanes t-shirt and Korean polo blouse. She offered the products with corresponding selling prices which ranged from P50.00 to ®500.00. This report also contains the commodities of the business, its features, cost, and the cost per unit of each product. Specially, the total gross sales for the 3 months Operation amounted to P57,590.00 while the total cost of sales amounted to P31,600.00, the total expenses were also included and it amounted to P5,236.55 whereas the total net income for the whole operation was P20,753.45. This entrepreneurial report also consists of the marketing aspects which includes the percentage of their consumers, channels of distribution, the circumstances that they encountered, and the communication that they used during the implementation of the business. After the marketing aspects, the management aspects followed. In this aspect, the form of organization they had, the capitalization they had invested, and their duties and responsibilities, were included. For the financial aspects, the authors showed the income statement for each month, the net that they had, and the cash flow statement that were in the daily transactions of business. Also, the balance sheet, the comparison of horizontal and vertical analysis of each month were as well presented in this manuscript. Besides that, the authors also showed the financial ratio of business, particularly the return-on-investment average, price per unit, the breakeven point, the cost per unit of all products in every month, and the expanded cash flow of the business. After the financial aspects, they listed the problems they encountered in their business as well as their solutions to these problems. Recommendation of student/entrepreneurs for the next batch trainees were also mentioned on this manuscript.
