May 2023, "FORECASTING THE HOUSING NEEDS OF PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY" Adviser: Joseph Froilan V. Alforte, GE Pampanga State Agricultural University, University offers dormitories for students and housing units for employees. Due to the growing number of students and employees of the University, they cannot accommodate all of them even if the University wishes to, despite the existence of dormitories and housing units that the University offers. The study aims to identify how many housing units are needed in the University in the next five years and ten years and determine the reason why some of the students and employees are choosing boarding housing units outside the campus. After analyzing the data, the study revealed that the students that the Men's Dormitory can still accommodate the students that will potentially reside in the next 5 and 10 years. However, the Ladies' Dormitory cannot accommodate the potential students that will reside in the next 5 and 10 years. As for the employees, there is a need for more housing units for them in the next 5 and 10 years due to the Growth of the Population based on the researcher's findings.
