ABSTRACT Licup, Maria Julie D., Sanchez, Ronarllene B. and Santos, Trisha Mae C. Department of Computer Studies and Automation -College of Engineering and Computer Studies. Pampanga State Agricultural University, Magalang, Pampanga. INFORMATION SYSTEM". June 2023. WEB-BASED BAPTISMAL MANAGEMENT Adviser: Prof. Romana B. Pare The researchers developed a system entitled Web-Based Baptismal Management Information System" that aims to make it easier and effective for getting baptismal certificate. The general objective of the study is to develop a "Web-Based Baptismal Management Information System" for Christ the Divine Healer Parish at Sta. Lucia Resettlement Magalang, Pampanga. In line with this, the study aims to achieve the following specific objectives: to design and develop a system that manages the: (a) Website information (b) Baptismal Records (c) Schedule (d) Inquiries; to create a system that will reduce the workload of church personnel; create a secure system capable of storing and managing the information of users and administrators; to save time, money, and effort for both parties, to provide a transaction-processing system that is efficient; to request baptismal certificate through the website and to valuate the functionality of the system. To gather all the information needed for the study, the researchers used various techniques such as interviews, Internet searches, and Survey Questionnaires. The researchers used Rapid Application Development. This methodology was chosen by the researcher because the RAD approach is driven by user interface needs and is ideal for web-based development. The researchers used various software for the system's design and development, including The Web-Based Baptismal Management Information System was made using XAMPP v3.3.0 as my local webserver that has a PHP Version 8.0.7 PHP Language, MySQL Database, HTML, CSs, JavaScript, jQuery, Asynchronous JavaScript and XML, Bootstrap Admin LTE, and some other plug inlibraries. Through testing the approval of capabilities and functions of the system to the users, the researchers collected a good result in the survey conducted and the study gathered a grand mean of 3.46 which implies that the respondents agreed that the developed system has successfully meet the set objectives.
