Its omextineg hors were Monday to Sunday, between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm. The schedule of its meinen depended on the event and the places where KADIWA would conduct its trade fairs. Gae tenmeess firm was named "Super EC" with a tagline "Super easy to eat and super easy to 'Sas. Tee business offers the following products: gourmet tuyo, chili garlic paste, bagoong smameame, crab paste, garlic chips, gummies, kimchi, uraro and mamon. The products' price wuuene S0ua Php 30.00 to Php 180.00, depending on the production cost per unit. The initial cag ef Super EC was Php 17, 000.00. The problem it has encountered was (1) short notice me dee cad of KADIWA coordinators regarding upcoming trade fairs, (2) unfair competition Seem zasrket competitors, (3) perishable raw materials to be used for processing, (4) the Super =X peomacts are not yet registered in Food and Drug Administration (FDA). They have not fmee wesaed for nutritional analysis either, so the shelf-life was only estimated by the owner 'teemeg®: hex research and observation, (5) there is a need to purchase high quality garlic slicer =m gacec peeler, but the fund is not yet ready for the cost of the equipment and (6) lack of Seuexxal capability and limited capital to sustain the production. To circumvent these qmeerms, the owner listed the following solutions: (1) meticulous activity planning; (2) aumummnem. quality of products to dismiss unfair competition; (3) planning of processing meus t avoid spoilage, (4) the owner is currently planning to invest in product analysis, wuemeeni analysis, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) because if the products have those eumtasmem. the owner can easily supply to bigger company, import them, and assure the samere of the customers, (5) the owner sought the assistance of the Department of Agriculture, Gegernmest of Trade and Industry, and Department of Labor and Employment for the purchase sented equipment. She also used her profit to buy cheap equipment that are within her @uewms and (6) the owner will loan in the future to cater all the orders of their customers. Those imam somes will not only be used in the production area but also in sustaining the production geedacts.
