The study focused on the profile of the respondents, th existing organizational culture of the real estate industry problems encountered, policy implications and its societa contributions. Findings revealed that most of the respondents were mal with an average age of 31-40 years old, married and with college degree. Most of the practitioners were license brokers with 1-5 years of experience in the industry. The results of the study indicated that the dominar organizational culture of the industry was innovation workplace spirituality was weak. Colorum/unlicensed_ rea estate practitioners were the top problems encountered whil unreasonable demand for property prices was the least proble encountered by the industry. Policy implications such é hidden charges upon turn-over, sub-standard construction, rea estate scam, areaS prone to calamity and disasters, frau documents and land conversion were observed and encountered i the industry. Economic contributions of real estate in economy ar shown in the services and industry sector of the GDP. Th contributions in services sector were reflected in the rea estate, renting and business activities and as for th industry, contributions came from constructions. Real estat industry also produced a multiplier effect on GDP. Its socia contributions were perceived through the NHA_ specificall during the assistance after calamities. In addition, job created during rehabilitation and construction were also orn of its major social contributions. The taxes imposed by th government in the capital gains tax and real property ta shared for the Internal Revenue Allotment and Specia Education Fund comprised the political contributions of rea estate industry.
