Lucia Rest. Magalang Pampang and the operating hours were from Mondays to Fridays between 10 AM to 4:30 PM. The business firm was named "AHGASE FOOD STALL" with the tagline "Order now, accept now, do it now!". They offered varieties of sweets bake snacks, Filipino miryenda, and street snacks. The price of their product sweet bake ranged from Php 130.000- 650.00. They offered Filipino miryenda in the price range of Php25.00 - 35.00. Street snacks, like burger, French fries, siomai, and shake price started at Php10.00- 30.00 only it depends upon the production cost. In addition, the entrepreneur sold perfume and atchara at the end of operation at the price of Php 80.00 - 180.00. The entrepreneur started the business with Php 4,000 capital. Tools and equipment for about Php29,555.00 that the entrepreneur's initial investment. Ahgase Food stall gained Php37, 033.81 for total gross sales. Php28, 557.91 for the cost of goods sold. Php 1,790.00 for the cost of sales and Php 9, 098.76 for other expenses. The total net income for the whole month of operation was Php 28,086.05. The problem she encountered was (1.) In terms of management operation, the student- entrepreneur didn't have enough knowledge to start a business, about her responsibilities and duties. (2.) Usually, customers were buying rush to the entrepreneur but she was not accepting it because she didn't have enough stock to make it. (3.) She also increased her product price because of changing price of raw materials. Her solutions were (1.) The student entrepreneur wrote everything on her list and duties to do (2.) She stocked a lot of products, even with rush orders she accepted them. (3.) The entrepreneur looked for a supplier with a good offer that may bring her the raw materials at the same prices.
