Guevarra, Ian Carlo T., August 2021. GROWTH PERFORMANCE OF KAPENG BARAKO ( Coffea liberica ) AND KAPE ( Coffea arabica ) SEEDLINGS APPLIED WITH MYCORRHIZA UNDER CLIMATIC TYPE 1. Bachelor of Science in Forestry major in Forest Resource Management. Pampanga State Agricultural University, Magalang, Pampanga. Adviser: ALLAIN JAMES T. AQUINO, RF The study was conducted at San Vicente Corba Concepcion, Tarlac from May 15 to July 15 to determine the growth performance of kapeng barako (Coffea liberica) and kape (Coffea arabica) to Mycorrhiza. The experimental design used was single factor in Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three (3) replication. The treatment ware TO - control; Tl Mycorrhiza 5 grams; T2 Mycorrhiza 10 grams; T3 Mycorrhiza 15 grams. Kapeng barako (Coffea liberica) treated with Mycorrhiza 10 grams performed best with the highest final height mean (3.28), 15 grams performed biggest final stem diameter mean (.049), 5 grams performed highest number of leaves mean (10.48), highest percent survival mean (95.24%) and 5 grams performed highest root length mean (15.33). On the other hand, 15 grams had the lowest final height mean (0.33), 10 grams had the shortest final stem diameter mean (0.14) and the 10 grams had lowest final number of leaves mean (2.78) , lowest percent survival mean was (80.95%) however the lowest root length men was (14.33). Result revealed that they have no significant effects in height, stem diameter, number of leaves, percent of survival and root length on the growth response of kapeng barako (Coffea liberica) seedlings. Kape (Coffea arabica) treated with Mycorrhiza 10 grams performed best with the highest final height mean (3.48), biggest final stem diameter mean (0.38), highest number of leaves mean (17.05.
