The study was conducted at Techno Farm Agri-Services located at San Fernando Sur Cabiao, Nueva Ecija. The study has provided information pertaining to the management practices in terms of organization, investments, production, marketing, and finance. Primary data were gathered through series of personal interview with the farm owner, supervisors, assistant supervisors and farm workers of Techno Farm Agrti-Services, who also contributed in gathering the other necessary and applicable information that is needed in this study. The data gathered were from areas of (1) Organization, consists of organizational chart, duties and responsibilities, and human resource management; (2) Investment, which consist of the investment activities; (3) Production, which contains area or location, and production flow chart; (4) Marketing, which are the 7C's of marketing; and (5) Finance, comprises of income statement and balance sheet. The farm is sole proprietorship type of business registered from under the name Techno Farm AgriServices. Identification and problem analysis were done regarding the organization, production, marketing and finance of the farm. The following are the problem encountered by the farm and the recommended course of action. In organization, the first identified problem is lack of benefits and it is recommended that the organization should provide government health services for the workers. in terms of production, the identified problem is the reduction of production cycle and it is recommended that there should be an additional number of production of chicks in each building. Lastly, in finance, it is recommended that the owner should hire an accountant to work on the financial records.
