This study evaluates and maps the internet accessibility of students in - Lallayug Tuao, Cagayan. The researcher used a descriptive research design with the online survey as the primary tool for data gathering and secondary for mapping. Using a convenience sampling technique, this study gathered 377 responses from students per household. The study used a modified questionnaire and subjected the gathered data to simple statistical analysis. Based on the results of the survey, it shows that many of the respondents still want to study, no matter what mode of study is provided by the government. The survey also shows that even though the new normal education is difficult, many people still choose to study, and 86% of 100% of the students have weak intemet access for online leaming, and the most used subscription package for their online learning is the GIGA STUDY$9 (7 GB + 2GB) for 7 days. For the wifi, the Globe At Home Go Unli Plan 1,299 for 1 month with a total of 87 students with 23.08% usage. To conclude, the institution can therefore implement a flexible learning plan for the students, especially at this time of the pandemic period. In addition, the researchers also suggested some important changes to the learning system of the institution.
