This study focused on the development and validation of an Outcome-Based Self Learning Module in Physical Education 7. The validators of the module were three Head Teachers and two Master Teachers from the Department of Education Cluster I, Division of Pampanga. The results revealed that the module met all the requirements and was found to be acceptable for distance learning. The suggestions and comments of the panel members and validators were considered to improve the module. Moreover, the module can be used among the schools in Cluster I of the Division of Pampanga for educational purposes. Keywords: outcome-based, physical education, and self-learning module.
