The study focused on the development and validation of a module for Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao 8 for distance learning under the K-12 curriculum using the validation tools adopted from the College of Education at Pampanga State Agricultural University. These are the evaluation instruments for the topics to be included in the DE/ ODeL Module, and the Evaluation Rating Sheet for DE and ODeL Modules. This developmental research utilized the Input-Process-Output model in which information or material objects flow through series of tasks and activities based on set rules and decision points. The study has undergone three phases: development phase, validation phase, and final revision phase. The minimum value using Lawshe's content validity ratio is 0.49 as to the fifteen validators who are EsP 8 teachers with a major in values education or religious education. Fortyfour out of sixtyfour learning competencies were identified as essential content. On the other hand, the results revealed that the developed module is very much acceptable, as validated by five experts in the Edukasyon sa Pagpapahalaga (EsP) curriculum in the second stage of module development. The expert-validators strongly agreed that the instructional material possesses excellence in content, design/format, and pedagogy with 100% yes responses in the initial validation. Thus, the module can be used effectively in distance learning modality. Keywords: development, validation, module, Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao 8, Lawshe.
