The goal of the study was to create a Kindergarten reading workbook that focused on the Alphabet. The researcher applied the Developmental Research Design as a method. In this study, there were two sets of expert validators. The first group consisted of ten expert validators in the field of Early Childhood Education from the Department of Education. The second group of validators consisted of five experts from the Mabalacat City Division of the Department of Education. To determine the content and module validity of the instructional materials adapted from the College of Education at Pampanga State Agricultural University, the researcher employed two standardized assessment tools. According to the findings, all topics covered in the Reading Workbook were necessary and satisfied all three criteria (content, design/format, and pedagogical). The designed reading workbook can be used as a learning material for kindergarten pupils, according to the findings. As a result, the Reading Workbook is recommended for kindergarten pupils to develop their competencies in reading. Keywords: reading, workbook, alphabets, kindergarten learners.
