The study's main goal was to develop a service-oriented online system for PSAU's Registrar's Office, while the specific goals of the study are: to develop and design the system for computer devices, to evaluate and generate the system in terms of security and accuracy, data integrity, data reliability, data accessibility, and lastly to consider discover recovery, which is defined as the system problem and downtime of the system. The registrar office, as well as IT professionals, are the major beneficiaries of this capstone project, which entails analyzing and testing of the system's operations and features. The researchers used semi-structured interview for them to collect data, while in the processing of documents, the researchers relied on the internet research. A mean formula was used to characterize the numeric measures and attributes of the objects under consideration. According to the results, the PSAU Registrar Office respondents would strongly support the system's criteria. The researchers came to the conclusion that having an online system that aids users like registrars, faculty members, and students in centralizing the document request method is pertinent and significant, especially given the current situation.
