PINGOL, Ph.D. : PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY DEGREE : BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS YEAR COMPLETED : JUNE 2023 This study aims to explore the managerial practices of Ginintuang Butil Marketing Cooperative. Specifically, it seeks to understand the cooperative's decision- making processes, leadership styles, and organizational structure and identify the factors contributing to its success. The researcher conducted in-depth interviews with key informants and analyzed relevant documents and records. The findings suggest that Ginintuang Butil Marketing Cooperative's success can be attributed to several key factors, including strong visionary leadership, a participatory decision-making process, and a well-defined organizational structure. The study also identified areas for improvement, such as the need to further enhance the cooperative's financial management practices and provide more training opportunities for members.
