"WEB-BASED TUTORS FINDER WITH LEARNING The study entitled "VWEB-BASED TUTORS FINDER WITH LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM was developed to create a system that will help the student of Christian Vision Academy to easily find a tutor. In a crowded classroom, students were unable to receive individual attention that they needed. The major objectives of the present project is to develop a system that will give the student an easiest way in finding a tutor through online. Specifically, this project was developed to improve the old way of finding a tutor. Through the system's capabilities time and effort will lessen in finding a tutor. The methodology used by the researchers is the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and to determine the design and flow of the system. The system was developed using CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL. The researchers used Data Flow Diagram (DFD), System Flowchart to know the logic of the program. Research instruments in the form of questionnaires, interview, internet and library search were used in data gathering. Statistical procedures like using Slovin's formula and weighted mean were utilized to analyze and interpret the data collected. Based on the result of the survey from 45 respondents who evaluated the functionality of the system, the researchers gathered an over-all mean of 3.76 with the interpretation of Strongly Agree. It was concluded that the system really helped the student and parent of Christian Vison Academy to easily find a tutor. The result implies that the study met all its objectives.
