The study was conducted to evaluate the management practices of Bengco Agricultural Supplies located at 54 San Nicolas I, Magalang, Pampanga. Specfically, it sought to trace the historical background of the firm and management activities in terms of organization, investment, operation, marketing and financial aspects; identify and analyze the problems encountered; give possible solutions and offer recommendations to the existing problems. Primary data were gathered through a series of personal interviews with owner of Bengco Agricultural Supplies who also helped in compiling the files and in gathering the information needed. Secondary data were gathered from the current data available on the internet and other reading materials. The firm is a sole proprietorship owned by Mrs. Geena L. Bengco. Financial statement and ratio were done to determine the financial standing of the firm. The result of the analysis showed that the firm is financially stable. Identification and problem analysis were done regarding the organization, operation and marketing operations of the firm. The following are the problems encountered by the firm in the organization: (1) High turnover of workers in the marketing, (2) Lack of promotion. Alternative courses of action were formulated for the existing problems and recommendations were conducted. Based on the evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the business operation of Bengco Agricultural Supplies: for the organization, (1) the researcher recommends alternative B wherein the firm must increase the salary of the workers plus the benefits they can get; for the marketing, (2) the researcher recommends alternative B wherein the firm should make a website that showcases their company profile and the products they offer.
