This study was conducted to evaluate the management practices of Comboy Bamboo Craft located at Dee Hwa Liong Angeles, Pampanga. Specifically, it sought to trace the historical background of the firm and determine the management operations involved in the firm terms of investment, organization, production, marketing and finance; to identify and analyze the problems encountered; to formulate and recommend feasible solutions to the problems identified. Primary data were gathered through a series personal interviews with the owner and other workers of the firm. The data were gathered from the areas of 1) Investment which consists of initial capital and its utilization; 2) Organization which consists of the organizational chart, duties and responsibilities, and human resource management of the firm; 3) Production which consists of area and location, inputs used in production technology, process and schedule of production and volume of production; 4) Marketing which consists of the 7Cs of marketing and 5) Finance which consists of income statements, balance sheets and financial ratios. Second data relative to the industry were gathered from the current data available on the internet and other reading materials. Identification and problem analysis were done regarding the organization, production, marketing, and financial aspects of the firm. The following were the problems encountered by the firm: in the organization; (1) Insufficient number of workers; and in the production (2) "Buk-bok"; Alternative courses of action were formulated for the existing problem. Moreover, recommendations based on the findings were provided. Based on the evaluation, the following are recommended to improve business operation of Comboy Bamboo Craft; (1) the researcher recommends alternative A wherein the owner or the farm manager should hire more workers. Because having enough workers tend to make lighter workload, and faster or better outputs.; (2) the researcher recommends alternative A wherein in order to remove the "buk-bok" the firm should spray chemical that kills insect pest. With this process prevention and treatment is best that any firm can do.
