SCHOOL H PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY DEGREE $ BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS YEAR COMPLETED $ MAY 2020 The study was conducted to evaluate the management practices of Leonie Agri Corporation located at 441, Barangay Liwayway, Sta. Rosa Nueva Ecija. Specifically, it sought to trace the historical background of the firm and management activities in terms of organization, investment, production, marketing and financial aspects. Also, this study intended to identify and analyze the problems encountered, to give possible solutions and to offer recommendations to the existing problems. Primary data were gathered through series of personal interviews with the managers and other staff of Leonie Agri Corporation who also contributed in compiling the files and in gathering the information needed. Secondary data were gathered from current data available and other reading materials. The firm is headed by Mr. Antonio C. Causing. Financial statement and ratio were analyzed to determine the financial standing of the firm. The result of the analysis showed that the firm is financially stable. Identification and problem analysis was done regarding the organization, production and marketing operations of the firm. The following are the problems encountered by the firm: (1) No greenhouse in the farm; (2) Low salary of the farm and production worker; (3) Negative in Return of Investment (ROI). Alternative courses of action were formulated for the existing problems and recommendation was conducted. Based on the evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the business operation of Leonie Agri Corporation, (1) the researcher recommends alternative A wherein the firm should establish greenhouse; (2) the researcher recommends alternative B wherein trying to ask the management about the problem in the salary; (3) the researcher recommends alternative A wherein the firm should generate more products and increase price.
