A study to evaluate the laying performance of 37 weeks dekalb white leghorn layers supplemented with forza Allium cepa extract in their drinking water was conducted at the Pampanga State Agricultural University Poultry Project from October 01, 2018 to November 29, 2018 for that is 60 days at San Agustin, Magalang, Pampanga. A total of one hundred eight (108) birds were distributed following the procedure of the Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The layers were divided into three treatments replicated three times with 12 birds per replication. T1 - birds were given pure water; T2 - birds were given 5 ml Forza Allium cepa extract (onion extract) per liter of water; T3 - birds were given 10 ml Forza Allium cepa extract (onion extract) per liter of water. The percentage egg production of the birds at the start of the study were 256.95; 262; 265.01% for Treatments 1, 2, and 3, respectively. The average egg weight after 30 days of supplementation was highest in Treatment 2 had the heaviest average egg weight of 67.16 grams, followed by Treatment 3 with 66.8 grams. The highest average egg weight was Treatment 1 with 65.09 grams, respectively. The average feed conversion ratio was in Treatment 1 with the lowest with the ratio of 1.536, followed by Treatment 3 with the ratio of 1.496. The highest feed conversion ratio was Treatment 2 with 1.486. The average water consumption Treatment 2 had the most average water consumed with 66.58 ml, followed by the Treatment 3 with 60.37 ml. The least average water consumption was recorded in Treatment 1 with 58.95 ml. Treatment 3 had the thickest egg shell, followed with Treatment 2 with 0.12. The thinnest shell was Treatment 1 with 0.11. There was no mortality observed during the whole conduct of the study.
