LE VESTIR is located at #166 Purok 2, San Nicolas II, Magalang, Pampanga, operating on Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Le Vestir offered a bale such as Korean polo blouse, jacket or windbreaker, and pajama or sleeping pants. She also offered foodies, snacks and desserts such as mango graham, chocolate ice cream cake, chocolate ice cream, gourmet tuyo in olive oil, gourmet tinapa in lemon, cheese sticks and different flavors of drinks. In addition, she offered Baguio products and fruit such as strawberries, strawberry jam, assorted biscuits, and avocadoes. She sold cosmetic products such as lip & cheek tint, lip gloss, bleaching cream, whitening lotion, brightening cream, and sandals. The price of her products ranged from Php 1.00 to Php 250.00. The product's prices depended on the production cost. She initially invested Php 7,562.00. The problems encountered during operation were the following: (1) on management aspect, the student entrepreneur did not know how to start the operations; (2) on food preparation, she ran out of ingredients; (3) increase in expenses due to improper packaging (4) inventories were not correctly and properly recorded; and (5) lack of manpower resulting in late operations. To solve these, she did the following: (1) writing down of all of duties and responsibilities to be considered in managing the business; (2) strategizing quantity of ingredients needed for all food preparation activities before buying them; (3) prioritizing cleanliness in the workspace and packaging items; (4) conducting inventory on a daily basis; and (5) getting household chores done before preparing and cooking to be sold in the store.
