The study was conducted to evaluate the management practices of More Farm. The farm is located at Cabaluyan 2", Mangatarem, Pangasinan. Specifically, it intended to trace the historical background of the farm and management activities in terms of organization, investment, production, marketing and financial aspects. It also aimed to identify and analyze the problems encountered to give possible solutions and offer recommendations to the existing problems. Primary data and information were gathered through a series of personal interviews with the owners of More Farm and other employees as well. The primary data that were gathered were in the areas of organization which consist of the firm's organizational chart, duties and responsibilities, and human resource management. There is also production which consists of the area and location, inputs used, production technology, volume of the production, process and schedule of production. The investment, which consists of initial capital and its utilization. Also, for marketing, which consists of the 7C's of marketing; and finance, which consists of income statements, balance sheets and financial ratios. Secondary data were gathered from current data available on the internet or from their website.More Farm is an integrator of CPF Company. It is owned by Mr. Antonio Moreno and has nine employees. The problems identified were as follows. In terms of organization: lack of workers and experience. In production, the problem is lack of securities. The alternative courses taken were for the owner to hire a worker with experience about - broilers and to train new employees. Also, the company must install CCTV and hire security guards in order to better maintain the safety of the workers. This is due mainly to the secluded location so that they are secure inside the farm and as it is necessary to watch over their work.
